Up to 4 adult volunteers are needed for each shift:

Saturday 5:00 Vigil Mass (4:00 to 6:00 p.m.):  1 hour before Mass: setup tables, banner, signs; move boxes of blessing bags from stage to drama room behind stage; put bags on tables.  After Mass: hand out bags to parishioners; store tables, etc. in church or chapel vestibule as directed.

Sunday 8:00 Mass (7:00 to 9:00 a.m.):  1 hour before Mass: setup tables and banner; put bags onto tables.  After Mass: hand out bags to parishioners; leave tables setup for next Mass.

Sunday 10:30 Mass (9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.):  restock tables with bags; handout bags after Mass; leave setup for next Mass.

Sunday 12:00 Spanish Mass (12:00 to 1:30 p.m.):  restock tables with bags; handout bags after Mass; leave setup for next Mass.

Sunday 5:00 Mass (4:00 to 6:00 p.m.):  restock tables with bags; handout bags after Mass; leave setup for next Mass.

Sunday 7:00 CCM Mass (6:30 to 8:30 p.m.):  restock tables with bags; handout bags after Mass; take down tables, banner, signs, etc., store as instructed; remaining bags to be stored in location TBD.
