Here's another update to this event. Thanks to the request for donations that went out over social media earlier this week, we now have 7 donation pickups. This number may increase. We also have 3 good sized deliveries to make. Because of the additional donation pickups, I changed the start time from 9:30am to 9am; I'm sorry for the short notice. If you can't make it at 9am, that's okay; we can still use your help. The pickups & deliveries are in different parts of the Conway area. We already have 3 trailers commited; we can use a few pickup trucks as well. We definitely need some more strong backs for heavy lifting. We will meet at the MfT strorage containers in the flea market parking lot at 9:00am, assess what resources we have, and assign teams to drive out in 4 different directions in the Conway area to pickup the donations. After returning with donations, we will determine what we have for the delivers and send teams out to make the deliveries. Looking at the lists of donations, it looks like most (if not all) of the donations can be used by our mission. Thanks in advance for your help and your understanding with this fluid situation.
